The Accossato Racing Brake Fluid BFR 310 is a very high boiling point brake fluid. – It is recommended in the use of the braking systems adopted in the world of competition, but it can also be used on road vehicles. – This product guarantees protection from ”vapor lock”, a phenomenon due to the absorption of humidity during the activity of the brake fluid. The high boiling point reduces this harmful effect, a fundamental prerequisite if the vehicle is used in extreme conditions of prolonged braking. – The accosed Racing Brake Fluid BFR 310 can be mixed with other fluids meeting the standards fmvss 116 dot3, dot4, dot5. In this case, however, the performance will be lower. It cannot be mixed with silicon or silicate ester based brake fluids. The use of advanced additives makes the duration of the braking system sleeves, pipes and sealing rings optimal. – For safety reasons, the brake fluid must be replaced periodically according to the vehicle manufacturer’s prescriptions. – Warning: in order to maintain the performance of the braking system in an optimal way, the accossato racing brake fluid BFR 310 must be removed immediately after each race / use. The fluid left for a long time / several races inside the braking system causes irreparable damage to the pump seals.
